4 SCHOOLS - 30 TEACHERS - 560 KIDS

Living Libraries is a 3-year project aimed at breaking cycles of injustice in the education system in Arequipa. We work with under-resourced national schools to implement a library, train teachers better to teach reading, and work with kids and their families to make reading a part of everyday life. In 2017 we’re working with four elementary schools, 30 teachers, and 560 kids and their families.

There are many little ways to enlarge your child’s world. Love of books is the best of all.
